Quotes may be obtained through a couple of different methods. The quickest and most widely used method is e-mail. E-Mail a file of your drawing to sales@perfectedge.com, or use our online contact form. The preferred file formats are listed below with most preferred being listed first and so on.

Quotes may also be obtained by fax. Our fax number is 770-458-9595. Please fax a dimensional drawing with all the information needed to complete your job. If extensive drafting is required, Perfect Edge charges $35/hour for this service.

Whether e-mailing or faxing, the following information needs to be provided to ensure a quick quote turnaround.
1) Type of Material
2) Material Thickness
3) Will you supply material or will Perfect Edge provide material
4) Tolerance of part
5) Special care or handling of part or product - i.e., surface must be protected

Quotes will be faxed or e-mailed back in Word Perfect format with a proposal number.

Once a quote is accepted, we require a Purchase Order number be faxed or e-mailed to confirm job acceptance. Perfect Edge prefers a one week lead time for most jobs depending on size and our current work load; however, jobs can be turned around in one to two days for an additional charge. The "Rush" charge is 30% of the quoted price of the job. Perfect Edge also has a $50 minimum on all jobs except for glass which has a $150 minimum.

Orders can be picked up from our facility between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Shipping arrangements can also be made upon request. Labor for first time customers must be paid at the time of the pickup; repeat customers are extended a 30 day credit.
